Please be aware that Clara Members is not available to members of all pension schemes administered by Broadstone. If you are a member of a pension scheme administered by Broadstone and believe you should have access to Clara Members (but have not received an activation code to use the service) please contact the Broadstone administration team by emailing pensions.admin@broadstone.co.uk.

If you access an estimate of the benefits payable within this site, please note that the information provided is just that – an estimate. It does not constitute entitlement to the benefits illustrated. You should not make any retirement decision based solely on the figures provided.
Your personal data is held and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Scheme to which your Clara Members access relates, a copy of which is available on request.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information, such as your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to anyone else. We recommend you change your password on a regular basis and do not use the same password for Clara Members as you use for any other online account. Any instructions sent or actions undertaken through the website using your login information will be treated as a genuine request made by you. Members are responsible for any losses arising from actions undertaken through Clara Members using your login details.
If you believe your account information has been compromised, please change your password and then contact Broadstone immediately on 01527 598688 to notify us of the issue.
Any requests made or actions undertaken through Clara Members will be confirmed to you via email. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date. Email confirmations will be sent whenever any of the following occur (this list is not exhaustive):
If you receive an email from Broadstone or Clara Members that you did not expect or initiate, it is possible your account information has been compromised. Should this occur, please change your password and then contact Broadstone immediately on 01527 598688 to notify us of the problem.
By registering to access Clara Members you are giving your consent to the Trustees of your pension scheme to send scheme information to you electronically where they consider it appropriate to do so.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the English courts are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims which may arise pursuant to or in connections with these terms and conditions.
